Return & Exchanges 

We want to be happy with your purchase however ABBA Soaps does NOT allow returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of soap being a personal items that have not remained under our care.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Product refunds will be determined on an individual basis only. Abba Soaps reserves the right to deny a refund request. Please consider that fragances and scents are different for every person.

Refunds or replacement will not be given if you laim you did not receive your package but tracking confirms it was delivered. ABBA Soaps is not responsible for any costs/fees incurred by customs.
